VILLAGE SOLARISATION

Shinnyu Village Solarisation

  • Successfully brought solar electricity to Shinnyu Village, located along the extreme Indo–Myanmar border in Mon District.
  • Enabled access to electricity for the village community for the first time.
  • Solarized GMS School, Health Centre, Church, village compounds, and over 60 households.
  • Timeline: February 2021, September 2024 & March 2025.

Pounyiu Village Solarisation

  • Delivered first-time solar electrification to Pounyiu Village, located across the Indo–Myanmar border, approximately 15 km from Pangsha Trade Centre.
  • Successfully executed as a 100% crowdfunded initiative.
  • Installed 100 Home Lighting Kits, benefiting over 100 households.
  • Installed 20 solar streetlights across the Church and village compounds.
  • Timeline: January 2026.

Jakhama Village Solarisation

  • Solar installations executed at Christian Revival Church, DEP, GMS Jakhama, and village compounds.
  • Timeline: October 2024.

 

Zhadima Village Solarisation

Timeline: November 2024.

Solar infrastructure installed at PHC Zhadima, Indoor Stadium, Primary School, High School, and Church.

HEALTH PROJECT

Timeline: November 2024 – March 2025.

Executed a large-scale CSR-driven solar initiative across health facilities in the districts of Dimapur, Niuland, Kohima, Peren, Phek, Meluri, and Zunheboto.

Successfully solarized 132 Health Centres, including:

19 Primary Health Centres (PHCs)

35 Health & Wellness Centres (HWCs)

78 Sub-Centres (SCs)

Total Installed Capacity: 200 kW

  • Successfully installed rooftop solar systems across 150+ households in Nagaland.
  • Empanelled vendor under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
  • Successfully served 100+ beneficiaries under the scheme across multiple districts of Nagaland.
  • Installed 150 kW+ of cumulative grid-tied and hybrid rooftop solar systems.
